Omaha North alum Darion Jones, a top Nebraska recruit and three-star cornerback, has committed to play college football at Iowa. A lifelong Hawkeye fan, Jones chose Iowa over in-state rival Nebraska—where his brother, Donovan also an Omaha North High Alum, plays. Known for his playmaking on defense and special teams, Jones brings Omaha North High School talent, passion, and rivalry fuel to Iowa’s 2026 recruiting class.
