Active in the Omaha community with such organizations as Madonna School and Boy Scouts, Boldt volunteers as an EMT and is active in the Nebraskaland Foundation. He retired from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska as its vice president.
North High offers a special curriculum and expanded resources for students choosing to study Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. For the past two decades, the Omaha North High School Foundation has contributed funds and resources to support the students who have chosen these pathways of learning and the teachers who light their way.
